Reservations made up to 48 hours prior to the required date through the booking system will not be accepted.
As soon as we receive your booking form we will confirm your acceptance within 24hrs and send you a booking confirmation and an invoice with all the fees.

We accept all credit cards and PayPal. Prices charged in USD. Payment corresponds to the rental of a sedan vehicle with chauffeur service. 3 PAX maximum per vehicle. Bilingual chauffeur. Price is per car not per person. Taxes & fees included. Two hours free waiting time at airports and 15 min free waiting time at any other location. Tolls and parking included. Bottle of mineral water with no charge.

If you cancel up to 48 hours before the pick-up time (as mentioned in your confirmation email) there is no cancellation charge. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the cancellation charge is 35% of the total price. Cancellation of sedans or minivans with less than TWENTY-FOUR HOURS (24 HRS) NOTICE from scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip. A ‘no show’* fee equal to the base fare price of the trip will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
*2 hours after the airplane arrives to the airport or 30 minutes at any other pick-up location.
Any modifications (e.g. booking changes or flight delays) to the transfer must be made by email info@nexogeo.com with reasonable* time prior to the date of travel and will not take effect until checked with the driver and confirmed back to you.
*For date changes, we expect at least 48 hours in advance or 24 hours for other minor changes.
Two large and two small suitcases + hand luggage or equivalent in each size. In case of being 3 passengers, please consider the load capacity of a sedan vehicle.
Child car seat, only at the request of the passenger. It is mandatory for children up to 10 years of age throughout the national territory. Newspaper of the day, only at the request of the passenger. Please consult us for other requirements.

Email assistance in English, Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese is available during office hours.
Refunds will be paid in 30 days. In case you (the client) wish to cancel your service, please write to us at info@nexogeo.com to receive full refund.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Argentina law.
Any disputes that arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through the competent court in Buenos Aires.
